'Waiting for the Parade'

April 22nd to 25th, 2010.

Focusing on five Canadian women drawn together during World War II for the common purpose of working for the war effort, this timely, funny and touching play chronicles the way they help each other survive the war while the men in their lives are off fighting.

'The Adventures of Robin Hood'

December 4th to 6th, 2009.

A British-style pantomime with lots of Canadian content based loosely on the story of Robin Hood and his Band of Merry Men. Baroness de Droit attempts gets Robin Hood banished from the land. Robin gets a band of outlaws together including Little Jean, Friar Tuck, Will and Willomena Scarlet and King Richard the Lionhearted.

Denis Stephenson directed the pantomime, assisted by Irene Stephenson.

'Anybody for Murder'

by Brian Clemens and Dennis Spooner.

October 15th to 18th, 2009.

Max and his lover Suzy have concocted a plot to kill Max's wife Janet, with ten thousand pounds insurance money as an added bonus. Their plan is for Janet to have a sailing 'accident'. Then two unexpected visitors arrive, in the shape of George and Mary Tickle well, who have an eye on the money, with murder plans of their own. Thus begins an intriguing round of plot and counter-plot, with a final, unexpected twist.
